Printer Cut
my printer keeps cutting off the bottom of letters in word docs. please help?
I'm not sure if it's the printer or ms word. The printer is an hp, and I've never had a problem with it before, and it also has new ink cartridges so it's not running out of ink. The text is also well within the margins, so I'm really confused why it's cutting off words and letters? If anyone has had this pproblem or knows how to help, I would greatly appreciate it. thanks!
Hi, am sure not a professional or anything close, but when this problem occurs, it's usually within the ink cartridges. They could be old and drying or placement within the printer may be off. This is my best guesstimate. Try calling wherever u purchased ink cartridges to see what answers they can offer you. Sometimes, though, when things appear logical, it's not that at all. See sources below and followup. Am afraid this isn't a "quick-fix". We're always being taught patience, huh?
