Is there a way to find out if a credit/debit card machine was down due to a rain storm?
Specifically at a gas station; I tried to pay for gas at a gas station inside and apparently bothered the cashier's phone conversation, and she said I could only pay with cash. I noticed alot of people outside pumping gas without coming in! Was it free, hummm! Also, the actual card machine was on inside! Please let me know if there's a way to retrieve this info! Thank you in advance!
